Electronic mail (e-mail)

Information that you send to the DZHW in unencrypted form via electronic mail (e-mail) may be read by third parties during transmission. As a rule, your identity cannot be verified and it is not possible to determine who is behind an e-mail address. Legally secure communication via simple email is therefore not guaranteed. The DZHW uses filters against unwanted advertising (“spam filters”), which in rare cases may also automatically classify normal emails as unwanted advertising and delete them. Emails containing harmful programs (“viruses”) are automatically deleted in all cases.

If you contact us by email, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

If you wish to send messages that require protection, we recommend that you send the message to the DZHW by conventional mail. It is currently not possible to receive encrypted messages.

Changes to our privacy policy

The DZHW reserves the right to occasionally amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to the range of services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
